Location: Island Bay Community centre, 137 The Parade, Island Bay, Wellington.
Cost: $150, includes a Coregeous ball to keep. A set of regular therapy balls is required and can be purchased at the first class for $35, EFTPOS available.
Includes: Use of a yoga mat and block
